Since the establishment in Hong Kong in the 1980s, SunKee has gone through a journey of modernization. Through consistently reinvesting on our machineries, SunKee is now one of the most modern envelope manufacturers in Asia. Knowing how important to have high efficient production, our factory built in Jiangmen in 2013 can accommodate more fully automated machineries.

At the current capacity of 60 millions envelopes per month, the factory is well equipped with machineries from Germany, including W&D 102, 202, 249 and 627. For further enquires on the machineries, please contact our China office to know each machine’s capability and specification.

Quality – our established brand "A Skyline product"

As brand behind brands, SunKee has been manufacturing high-end products on behalf of different clients across US and Asia countries. At the same time, we also have our own established brand “A Skyline product” targeting at the Middle East and African countries. With years of efforts, Skyline has become a top brand with great popularity. Currently, it is widely considered the designated brand for many organisations and government departments for commercial mailings. Due to the excellent image, there are many counterfeit products appeared in the market by using our trademark illegally.

Types of products

Being an envelope expert, our capacity enables us to provide a wide range of products. In terms of the envelope formats, SunKee currently produces wallets, pockets, invitation card envelopes, manila folders and airmail envelopes. (Please refer to the graph for the sizes available) In terms of the typical sizes of our orders, here are as followed:

For the sealing / flap enclosure, our envelopes are either “Gummed” or “Peel & Seal”, with the option to tailor the flap styles and shapes at the client’s request. It is also worth noticeable that our machinery is capable of manufacturing single or double windows. Lastly, other than regular white paper and Kraft paper, SunKee provides special papers as alternatives for special requirements. For instance, an environmentally friendly, waterproof paper is available to provide extra protection.
